New Product Developer

SAAT Teknoloji is an R&D-focused software company producing innovative digital solutions in OTT, broadcast and video technologies under the InoLab Innovation Laboratory. We are looking for an experienced New Product Developer who centers AI-assisted development and turns product ideas into working products fast.
In this role, AI is at the center of the daily development workflow. You will rapidly prototype with AI tools, build LLM-based and agentic features, and critically verify generated code before shipping it.
Work Location: Hybrid working model based at our Kastamonu (Merkez) office; candidates are required to reside in Kastamonu.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of product ideas and rapidly turn them into working prototypes and MVPs
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI services into products; build agentic/intelligent features
• Effectively use AI-assisted development tools and bring generated code to production quality
• Develop backend components for video processing and stream management
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services
• Contribute to architectural decisions; perform code reviews and collaborate within the team
• Contribute to CI/CD and software quality processes
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Backend development with Python and/or Node.js
• LLM API integration and AI-assisted development (prompt engineering, AI code verification) experience
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration
• Interest or experience in video/broadcast technologies (FFmpeg, HLS, RTMP)
• Analytical thinking, ownership and a solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• OTT, CDN or live broadcast infrastructure experience
• Agentic AI workflows, RAG or vector database experience
• Video processing/transcoding with FFmpeg
• React/Next.js experience
• Docker and container familiarity
• Relational or NoSQL database knowledge
